Ingredients

  • 3 oz steamed milk
  • 2 oz milk foam

Instructions

  1. Pull a single or double shot of espresso into a 6 oz cup.
  2. Steam the milk to create microfoam, heating to about 150-155°F.
  3. Pour the steamed milk into the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon.
  4. Top with a layer of thick milk foam (about 1/4 inch).
  5. Dust lightly with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
