Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Remove steak from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Heat grill or cast iron skillet to high heat until very hot.
  3. Pat steak dry and brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Season generously with sea salt and pepper on both sides.
